SERVICES OFFERED

Day of Coordination

Services may include, but are not limited to:

• Up to 8 hours of wedding day coverage

• Distribute day of wedding timeline to vendors

• Greet all vendors & be point of contact day of wedding

• Supervise/assist with onsite vendor load-in/setup

• Confirm with DJ/entertainment song choices & names of people

• Ensure all ceremony & reception items are set up at the venue

• Assist with day of wedding rehearsal (if needed)

• Direct guests to ceremony, reception, guestbook, gift table, etc.

• Retrieve wedding gifts/cards ~ personally hand all cards to you at the end of the night

• Supervise/assist with onsite vendor break down/clean-up

• Distribute final payments & gratuities, as needed, to vendors
